After a couple of session of polite telling off, i'm starting to feel a bit more of an urgency in my work lately. Well I say urgency its more like more interest in what i'm doing. Currently i'm working the re-design of Stafford College's full-time prospectus due to the fact that its pretty much, well bollocks. Also i'm working on creating client visuals for a website for purefreeride.com which is a ski trip company. I assure you that it will be a better design than what you are looking at rtght now, this is merely a test website just with content about me. Hopefully I can continue to work with more passion and not let it die down once again.

05, november, 2005 Drunken ramblings

After a night of bonfires and beer last night I winded up watching an Emperor dvd and having a long session of rambling with my heavy metal compadre Alex of Deficiecny. We discussed how nothing seems to have much passion these days. More notably to us metal. Theres a lot of bands out there at the moment trying to be dead serious about what they do and yet don't have complete passion about what they are doing. There hasn't been anything passionate about metal since the black metal circle. They did some bad things but it actually meant something. It would be nice if bands could chill out, have some fun but keep the passion. I think the only band that manage to do this now is Strapping Young Lad. Also I think Alex with his band are the only guys around this area trying to give something special to the music scene, you should check them out with the link above. The very same issue applies to many other things, wheres the passion? Oh and another guy thats totally full of passion for what he does is James White aka YT (www.jawhite.net). OK this is turning into a plugging session now so I think i'll stop!

04 november 2005 Remember Remember, your an idiot....

As it inevitably comes closer to Guy Fawkes/bonfire night you can't help but think of your own safety, what with hoodlums rampaging the streets with cheap fireworks in desperate attempt to frighten innocent civilians. Why is it that our country has to be graced with such idiocy. In my head I can just hear the moronic laughter now as some gonk lights an explosive projectile in the direction of a helpless bystander. If only their plans would backfire and they'd loose a limb, preferably any that leaves them with a stump.

University/College remains to leave me yet more questions. I'm not having a good experience and only leaves me with more regret.
